Navision offers sophisticated multi-company
functionality. Users can set-up and maintain an unlimited
number of companies within the Navision system. Each company
can have its own unique Chart of Accounts, Customers, Vendors,
Items, etc. Users can be assigned different permissions,
and access, per company.
In one easy step, financial information for
each company is rolled up into a consolidated company. Before
producing financial reports, users can record elimination
and extraordinary journal entries. From within the consolidation
company, users can perform financial reporting for each
company and for any group of companies.
