CBM manages all incentive-based compensation
programs. CBM eliminates the headaches associated with calculating

CBM makes it easy to create different incentive
plans. So users can quickly adjust sales incentives to maximize
profitability for your company. Since all commission plans
include a start and end date, CBM will automatically calculate
the proper commission based on the date of the sale.
Users create custom rules for each compensation
plan. Rules can be associated to different sales staff and
items. Within a rule, a user can determine when, how, and
against what type of sale, commission should be paid. Alternatively,
if commissions are determined on a case by case basis, users
can record commissions per sale.
CBM supports tiered commissions and multiple
commissions can be calculated and paid for each sale. For
example, a sales manager might earn a commission for each
of sale by his or her team.
Users have the ability to review and edit
commissions before payment. In addition, users can manually
create commissions to reflect special compensations. Once
commissions have been approved, CBM automatically converts
them to accounts payable or payroll for payment.
