Sales Management

Navision's sales management module supports a wide-variety of a sales transactions, allowing a company's sales team to tailor a deal to the customer's needs. Users can optionally record sales in the Sales Order window or put together detailed quotes to present to customers.

Regardless of how complex a company's sales process is, Navision's Sales Management provides all the information a salesperson needs in a simple to use format. When creating a sales document, users can quickly drill-down into other parts of the system to check inventory availability, the status of a drop shipment, a customer balance, or scheduled delivery dates.

The system includes many time saving features, such as auto fill-in, auto completion of data, standard text, and more. In addition, users can copy current or historic documents to serve as a starting point for creating a new document.

Despite its easy interface, the sales management system includes many sophisticated features. For example, sales orders are automatically updated with shipping and invoicing information to provide the sales team with accurate information for the customer. In addition, when a special or drop ship order is created, the corresponding purchasing documents are automatically created in the Purchase Management system.

All sales documents support multi-currency and multi-language functionality, including the printed sales documents.
