With Navision's human resources (HR) module,
companies can easily manage their most valuable assets,
their employees. HR staff setup a card for each employee,
including important contact information, benefit information,
special qualification, and certifications. All of this information
to authorized users for ongoing business management or for
external reporting, e.g. OSHA, EEOC, etc.
Navision's HR reporting tool allows users
to define an unlimited number of reporting variables with
the corresponding allowable options. All employee attributes
are date-driven, with a start and end date. So users can
maintain a history overtime and not just a static picture
of employees.
