Payroll processing

Navision's payroll management allows companies to run payroll the way they want to, not the other way around. Most payroll packages have a limited ability to support company-specific pay or benefit packages. With Navision, the possibilities are limitless.

Payroll users create company-specific pay or benefit options, including adding special calculation logic. Pay or benefit options can be mixed and matched to a group or individual employee. Since there is no limit to the number of options that can be created, Navision can support the simplest to most complex payroll environment.

Optionally, companies can offer their employees direct payroll deposit. Employees can allocate their pay to multiple bank accounts, e.g. checking and savings, and to a printed paycheck. Allocations can be based on percentages or fixed amounts.

For large or decentralized companies, there is a web-based interface that allows employees to manage their own payroll information, e.g. updating address information, and record their hours worked. Information from the web interface is automatically summarized in Navision payroll for review, approval, and further processing.
