Wouldn't it be nice to have a CRM system that reduced your workload instead of increasing it? Navision's CRM system leverages your existing software applications. Navision CRM is fully integrated into other areas of the Navision business system, allowing users to share information with Sales, Manufacturing, and Service without having to re-key data. In addition, Navision CRM synchronizes data with MS Outlook, including contacts, to-dos, and notes. So users can work in the environment with which they are most comfortable and take a copy of their contact information on a laptop. Finally, Navision CRM's document management system links MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, scanned images, etc. to CRM records.

Another common limitation of CRM systems is that they are either targeted toward the pre-sale process or after-sale customer support. Once again, a disconnect is created between your sales team and the rest of your organization. Navision CRM supports both pre- and post-sales customer service activities. So your sales team can proactively identify add-on sales opportunities for existing customers, respond to support problems before they escalate into real issues, and smoothly transition new sales to the appropriate operations team. The operations team can immediately support new sales without having to re-enter critical customer information, review notes from the sales process, and notify the sales team for additional revenue opportunities.

Of course, Navision CRM is fully integrated to all other areas of the Navision system, including Accounting, Distribution, eCommerce, and Manufacturing.
