Navision's Relationship Management system
allows users to track all aspects of their sales process
to both new and existing customers. In addition, Navision
maintains tracks the results of each marketing campaign
enabling users to measure its success.
Within Relationship Management, users create
records for perspective and actual customers. In addition,
users can record and schedule all activities with the customer,
including email, phone contacts, mailings. Each user can
review his/her 'to-do' list by date.
Users can also define one or more sales opportunities
for each client. Using statistics from historical sales,
users can accurately forecast the percentage of opportunities
that will turn into future sales.
While Navision's Relationship Management system
can be used as a stand-alone application, it's most unique
features come from it's integration with other parts of
the Navision system and with Microsoft© Outlook. From
within Relationship Management, sales users are able to
all activity for a company, including sales orders, invoices,
and shipping activity. New sales activity is automatically
reflected on the contact card.
In addition, sales users can synchronize information
from the Relationship Management system with Microsoft©
Outlook to take a copy of the information with them as they
call on customers. Any notes, tasks, and updates are synchronized
with Navision Relationship Management when they return so
that all users can access the information.
